Williamsburg clients desired a rehabilitation of their 1980s brick ranch.

Removing kitchen walls achieved an airy, open floor plan. Wall ovens were simplified with a commercial grade single range. The refrigerator was relocated to the sink wall and soffits were removed. New cabinetry was painted gray and paired with a new island in a natural finish.

A petite dining nook makes the most of natural window light. A separate bar area adds contrast alongside a sleek fireplace.
