In this historic home we provided space planning as well as full-home furniture selections and accessory placement. Bold colorways and maximal patterns mix with classic silhouettes. Arched doorways peppered throughout provide elegant transitions. Each room is a statement, blending function with playful accessories and artwork.

A hallway leading to a black wet bar area with glass-front cabinets, a wine rack, and a sink. A deer skull with antlers is mounted on the dark wall above the bar. The floor is wood with a light-colored rug.
Interior of a living room with a blue sideboard and large ornate gold-framed mirror above. Two tall silver lamps flank the mirror. On the left, a patterned armchair, and on the right, a sofa with striped pillows. A glass table with gold decorative objects is in the foreground.

In the sitting area, a bold blue console adds drama and pairs with vintage and custom furnishings. Soft textures offset gold and brass accents, while a geometric rug grounds the mix. The kitchen was ready to shift from formal to inviting. Joni added bold pops of color on doors and windows, custom locally-made table and banquette, whimsical pillows, and classic French bistro chairs.
